Notarization
Notarising instruments within the licensed and established scope, with the procedure and documents explained before you attend.
Notarisation has conditions: the parties’ capacity, the signatory’s authority, a clearly defined transaction, and a complete set of documents. One missing element stops the procedure even if everyone has turned up.
This service starts by identifying the right step before anything else: is what you need a notarised contract, an acknowledgement, or a power of attorney, and what scope of authority do you actually need? Then the documents are prepared and the conditions met.
Notarial work is offered only within the licensed and established scope. Nothing outside that scope is advertised as available.

Questions about this service
An acknowledgement is an admission of a right or a fact; a power of attorney authorises someone else to do a defined act. Choosing the wrong instrument can deprive the transaction of its intended effect.
Not always. A broad authority makes life easier and raises the risk at the same time. It is drafted to fit the purpose.
Some procedures are available through the official channels depending on the type of transaction and its conditions. That is explained for your situation before you attend.
The next step
A contract, a claim, or a dispute that needs a decision?
Send a short description of the matter and the documents that matter, and we will settle the type of service and the right route with you before anything begins. Sending a request does not mean an engagement has been accepted or that work has started.
